API Overview

1stLine by Burava provides a REST API for programmatic access to core product workflows such as Alert Schemas, Routing Rules, Escalation, Communication, Alert Instances, and Incidents.

Use the API when you need automation, integration, or CI/CD-driven configuration changes.

Authentication

Use API Tokens for API access.

You can manage tokens in Access Control. Most organization-scoped endpoints also require org_uid.

You can use org slug as an alternative value for org_uid in API calls.
